Cattery
Vaccination Requirements
All Cats are required to be fully vaccinated and a Vet Certificate/ Booklet must be brought in on arrival. All vaccinations must be administered at least 72 hours prior to boarding.
Meals Provided
We have a variety of premium cat biscuits and wet food to feed your cat, however owners wishing to supply special diets are welcome to do so.
CATS are given individual attention while their cages are being cleaned and at meal times. We are not a communal cattery, but your cat will get exercise out in the play area. Our aim is for your cat to have a stress-free time while he/she is with us. Cats are generally not great at sharing their space soeverything we do is aimed towards providing as stressfree and environment as possible.
Please ensure your cat is flead and wormed prior to arrival. If there is an indication of fleas, we will apply Frontline and the cost will be oncharged. Thank you for your understanding.
Bedding
We are happy to supply your cat with blankets and and a hiding space if nervous, but you are welcome to bring bedding and
anything that makes them feel more 'at home'
Hours for dropping off and collecting pets
Monday to Saturday 8am to 10am and 4pm to 6pm Sunday 4pm to 6pm. This allows us time to care for your pets, the facilities and our own family.
Unless prior arrangements have been made an after hours call out charge of $25 will be added for arrivals or departures of pets outside opening hours.
While the Kennel and Cattery will be in full operation caring for your pets we do not take arrivals or departures on the following days:
Easter Sunday
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
January 1st and 2nd
Daily charge of $12.00 - ALL CHARGES ARE PER CALENDAR DAY OR PART THERE OF (prices are subject to change)
A daily $3.00 Sur-charge will be incurred on Public Holidays
EFTPOS is available – NO Credit Card Facility
We pride ourselves on the loving care aspect of our business and although we can not replace home, our aim is for every animal to have good time while staying with us.
